BlastCombining the state-of-the-art advances with a highly trained and experienced team of technicians, Industrial Steel Construction (ISC) effectively reduces your in-house labor costs, increases your productivity and, ultimately, boosts your bottom line.

We look forward to showing you, first-hand, how ISC's commitment to quality, service, and customer satisfaction goes into every aspect of our operation.

The Continuous Blast Paint System at ISC is PLC controlled to ensure the highest quality, integrity, and adherence to customers' specifications. The ability to match line speeds, blasting, paint reciprocator stroke speeds, and other critical elements offers a consistent product time and time again.

At the beginning of the process system, plates are individually placed on an entry roller line containing a high-pressure air curtain to remove any water or debris. The plate progresses at a speed of 5-15 fpm through a shot-blast cabinet and is cleaned top and bottom to a SP10 finish. All residual abrasive is removed before exiting the cabinet.

After the blast machine, the plate passes through a pre-heater where it is heated to the paint manufacturer's specified temperature immediately prior to entering the paint booth. In the paint booth, paint is evenly applied to meet the customer's requirement.

From this point, the painted product travels through a drying oven and emerges onto an exit roller line as a dry-finished product ready to ship.

The finished product is removed from the exit table with specially designed equipment to minimize surface marring.
